Work close to home, on a crew that takes the job seriously
Offshore Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Services has been cleaning homes and businesses across Atlantic and Cape May counties for more than ten years. The work is hands-on and it is local: carpet and upholstery cleaning in year-round homes and shore rentals, nightly janitorial rounds in offices, banks and schools, hard-floor stripping and waxing, and post-construction clean-up. Most of our routes sit within half an hour of Linwood, so you are not spending half your shift on the Parkway.
What we look for
- Reliability above everything. Crews and clients both plan around you turning up when you said you would.
- Care with other people’s property. You are working inside occupied homes, offices and medical practices.
- A valid driver’s license, since nearly every role involves driving to job sites across South Jersey.
- Willingness to learn our equipment and methods. We train on the truck-mounted and portable systems we run.
- Comfort working on your own once you know a route, and as part of a crew on bigger jobs.
The roles we hire for
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician
Daytime work in residential and commercial properties: pre-treating, hot water extraction, spot and odor treatment, upholstery, and area rugs. You will be trained on our equipment and shadow an experienced technician before you run jobs on your own.
Janitorial & Custodial Crew
Evening and overnight cleaning in offices, dental and medical practices, banks, schools and retail units. These are regular routes with regular hours, in the same buildings week after week, so you get to know the sites and the people in them.
Hard Floor & Specialty Technician
VCT stripping and waxing, hardwood floor cleaning, tile and grout, power washing and post-construction clean-up. A good deal of this work is scheduled outside business hours so our clients can keep trading while we work.
